YTSave is provided as a utility for personal, educational, and research purposes only. Users must not use our tool to download copyrighted media, commercially distribute extracted files, or breach YouTube's terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your downloads comply with local laws.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
We respect intellectual property rights. YTSave does not host, index, or store video content on its servers. We provide a proxy mapping tool that processes raw digital streams. All trademarks, channel names, and logos belong to their respective copyright holders.
3. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
To preserve API gateway responsiveness, we enforce a strict limit of 100 requests per hour per IP address. Automated scraping, script-based downloading, or DDOS attempts will result in permanent IP blocks.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
YTSave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server performance, error-free conversions, or constant availability of YouTube stream extractors, as YouTube regularly modifies its routing endpoints.
